Covid-19 Update

Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, to comply with the CDC recommendations for health care providers, under the order of Governor Dewine and with the health concerns of our patients and employees in mind, Swartz Family Eyecare, LLC has suspended our normal daily hours of operation until at least MAY 4.

If you are having an eye emergency of pain, loss of vision, flashing lights and/or floaters, other acute ocular health disorders, or injuries please call the emergency phone number of (937)935-1795. If there is no response to your phone call please seek care at the nearest hospital emergency room.
